Andrew remembers religiously coming home from school to watch the days' episode of Rick Steves recorded off of PBS while Katherine traveled the country as a national officer for a student organization. You could say that the travel bug bit us early. It has never been cured. From there, we have gone on many adventures together. We still remember our first travel experience (where we made all the plans ourselves). We visited Chicago and stayed in a hostel, enjoyed some tourist favorites, and celebrated with the locals for the lighting of the Christmas lights on the Magnificent Mile. We sure have come a long way since that first trip. Our travels have taken us on cruises in the Caribbean, all-inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic, Disney World, and even to Italy. We continue to perfect our ability to select destinations, plan for experiences, and develop memories that will last a lifetime.

Building memories that last a lifetime can, sometimes, be hard. When you plan a trip, there is a subtle difference between riding your favorite rides at Disney and spending your entire vacation waiting in line or immersing yourself in la Dolce Vita culture unique to the cafés of Italian cities like Florence and failing to find anything that cannot be had in your hometown.
